In addition to the normal testing sequence carried out on all our valves (for which we have 5 test units at the moment, three of them being equipped with 5 heads for multiple testing), we have prepared special units which enable additional special tests on all the Starline range (based on our Customers’ requirements).
We will extend other functional tests on valves by performing high pressure gas tests, cycling tests in temperature (cryogenic tests at –196°C with Helium or high temperature tests in the oven up to 500°C), fugitive emission tests with a Mass spectrometer analyser and many others.
During the production process additional controls on metallic parts will be made internally by qualified operators (NDE like PMI, PT, MT) or externally with the support of qualified independent laboratories.                                        

All the standard and additional special tests on materials and finished products will be witnessed by Customers or their appointed third part.
